About this opportunity

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking information on how interested contractors can provide print and digital English language arts (ELA) instructional resources for grades 6-12 students, teachers, school-based support teachers, and subject matter experts. The resources must align with DoDEA's College and Career Ready Standards. Key requirements include student textbooks, digital interactive teacher and student resources, an assessment suite, professional learning, and technical support. DoDEA requests responses by June 25, 2024 providing information on the contractor's capabilities, assessment suite, novel offerings, professional learning examples, and pricing estimates. DoDEA may conduct discussions with potential offerors but will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this Request for Information (RFI).

This pre-solicitation is not set aside for any specific business type. DoDEA does not identify any potential incumbent contractors. While DoDEA does not provide a specific award value or budget range, the anticipated award period is from January 25, 2025 to January 20, 2031. The quantities required will depend on student enrollment, which DoDEA may adjust annually during the option year.
