HE125424RFI0002 – Q&A

1) Will PDF submissions be acceptable?

Yes, PDF submissions are acceptable. .

2) Page 6, Section 3.1.6 indicates an attached Excel spreadsheet. Where is it located? If there is not a template, does DoDEA want vendors to provide a spreadsheet with the program(s)/ service(s) components and single unit price for each component? Do you want vendors to provide any other specific information in the spreadsheet?

The Excel spreadsheet has now been attached. Our apologies for the oversight. As shown, the template asks for a detailed price breakdown. Please modify the template, if necessary, to fit your solution.

3) Which vendor(s) /program(s) does DoDEA currently use as a summative assessment?

New Meridian currently provides our summative assessment.

4) We understand this RFI is not a commitment on DoDEA’s behalf to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future. Should you post an RFQ/RFP for 6-12 ELA, do you anticipate posting this year?

DoDEA plans to post the solicitation in October/November of this year.
