This procurement seeks comprehensive maintenance services for the GFXC Compound at Gillem Enclave, covering preventive and demand maintenance for five relocatable administration buildings, thirty-four mobile lab shelters, utility systems, and compound grounds. The maintenance requirements include monthly and quarterly service checks for fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, HVAC systems, water filters, power cables, water hoses, and fence/gate systems, with rapid response maintenance capabilities requiring standard responses within one workday and emergency responses within two hours. The anticipated contract structure will be firm fixed price with cost reimbursable line items, and contractors must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials while meeting specific quality control and safety standards. The sources sought responses are due by October 1, 2025, and this notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine the appropriate acquisition method.

The Performance Work Statement indicates the contract performance period will run from award through October 31, 2026, providing approximately one year of maintenance services. The procurement falls under NAICS code 561210 (Facilities Support Services) and PSC code M1AZ (Operation Of Other Administrative Facilities And Service Buildings). No incumbent contractor information or specific budget values were disclosed in the sources sought notice, and the government emphasizes that responses to this notice will not be returned and no feedback will be provided to submitting companies.
