About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of State is seeking quotations from responsible companies to provide gardening services for the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines. The key contract requirements include performing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for standard gardening services Monday through Saturday, as well as any temporary additional services ordered through task orders on an as-needed basis. Quotations will be evaluated based on technical acceptability and lowest price, with the U.S. Government intending to award a contract or purchase order without holding discussions, although discussions may be held if necessary. There is a mandatory pre-quotation conference and site visit on April 26, 2024, and quotations are due by May 16, 2024 at 4:00 PM Philippine local time.
This solicitation is not set aside for any specific business category. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed monthly price, with no adjustments for cost escalations. Offers and payments must be in U.S. Dollars for U.S. firms or in local currency for foreign firms. The place of performance is the Philippines, and offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting a quotation.
