Proposals are due by March 10, 2025, at 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time, with a Request for Information deadline of February 20, 2025. The evaluation will include performance confidence assessments using questionnaires and independent research, focusing on relevant contracts from the past 5 years.

The contract is a 100% small business set-aside with NAICS code 561110 and a size standard of $12.5 million. The work will be performed primarily at Raper Armory in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with an estimated annual workload of 11,600 labor hours. The contractor will manage approximately 4,000 medical and dental records, with historical data showing about 10 Physical Health Assessment events annually serving 1,400-1,600 personnel.
