About this opportunity

The Bureau of Land Management Nevada State Office is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance services for eight plotters located across Nevada under solicitation 140L3925Q0073. The contract requires next business day on-site response for repairs and replacement parts (excluding consumables) to maintain proper operating condition of Epson, HP, and Canon plotters during standard business hours Monday through Friday. Vendors must submit technical proposals detailing their service approach and workforce, past performance information from three similar contracts (preferably federal), and pricing information in separate submission parts. The evaluation process will weight technical capability and past performance more heavily than price in determining the winning proposal. Critical dates include a July 24, 2025 deadline for questions and a July 31, 2025 deadline for proposal submissions at 11:59 PM PDT.

This procurement is designated as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a $34 million size standard. The contract period spans twelve months from August 15, 2025 to August 14, 2026, covering plotter maintenance services at eight Nevada locations including Elko, Winnemucca, Carson City, Caliente, Las Vegas, Battle Mountain, Tonopah, and Reno. The government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed-price contract to one vendor for all eight locations. Service requirements include maintaining eight plotters from various manufacturers, with work to be performed at BLM offices throughout Nevada.
