About this opportunity
The Department of the Army's Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) is seeking a contractor to provide continued support for the Joint Analytic Real-time Virtual Information Sharing System (JARVISS), a critical information sharing tool used in law enforcement, antiterrorism, and protection programs. This Request for Information (RFI) is designed to identify potential sources capable of meeting the system's operational and maintenance requirements, with an anticipated NAICS code of 518210. Interested vendors must submit detailed capabilities statements by January 10, 2025, to James Allen via email, including company information such as vendor name, address, CAGE code, and business size. The RFI requires vendors to demonstrate their ability to provide comprehensive support for JARVISS without service disruption, starting on March 30, 2025. Evaluation will focus on vendors' capabilities to meet the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, with a particular emphasis on maintaining system reliability and supporting various user license types.
The contract does not have a specific set-aside designation and will require supporting 1,800 full user licenses, 10,000 basic user licenses, 50 concurrent user licenses, and 700 administrator licenses. The contractor must maintain 99% system reliability and provide 24/7/365 help desk support, along with training and configuration support at both CONUS and OCONUS locations, involving approximately 25 trips annually. Specific technical requirements include implementing a mobile reporting application, maintaining an exercise mode for training, and providing dashboard and analytics enhancements. The contract will also support U.S. Air Force and Space Force requirements, which include 24 full users and 9 administrator licenses. Contractors must demonstrate compliance with DOD cybersecurity requirements, including RMF 2.0 and FedRAMP Moderate standards, and ensure seamless integration and support of the JARVISS platform across multiple military enterprise environments.
