Services include furnishings and appliance maintenance for unaccompanied personnel dormitories across ten specified buildings and associated storage containers, with work typically scheduled one day per week (preferably Tuesday) on a bi-weekly basis, excluding mass move situations. The contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform these services in full compliance with Air Force Instruction 32-6000 and applicable federal regulations.
