About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Furnishings Management Services (FMS) at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. The contractor shall supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items to perform furnishings and appliance services for unaccompanied personnel dormitories in accordance with Air Force Instruction 32-6000 (Housing Management). Services are to be provided as needed, typically on one day per week (preferably Tuesday) on a bi-weekly basis, excluding Mass Move situations. The service locations include ten dormitory buildings (346, 547, 550, 555, 958, 964, 966, 971, 972, and 973) plus storage containers in the AG Yard for overflow storage. This is a non-personal service contract with no government supervision over contractor employees; contractor employees remain accountable solely to the contractor, who bears responsibility to the government.
The contractor must perform all services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and the PWS standards. The government will furnish only those specific items designated as government-furnished property and services. Award will not be made off-post. The contracting agency is the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command (AETC). No specific response dates, award dates, pricing terms, or set-asides are detailed in this PWS document.
