About this opportunity

The Department of the Army National Guard is soliciting proposals for fresh raw rations to support Annual Training at Camp Gruber from June to August 2025. The solicitation, numbered W912L6-25-R-A007, seeks a contractor to provide bulk food items including canned goods, dry goods, fresh and frozen meats, produce, dairy products, and bread products for four separate team deliveries. The procurement will be awarded as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Firm Fixed Price contract with full and open competition and a small business preference. Offerors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration and submit questions by May 9th, 2025, with final proposals due by May 19th, 2025 at 08:00 a.m. CST. The evaluation will focus on technical compliance and pricing, with the government intending to award the contract without further discussions.

The solicitation is not set aside for any specific small business category, but does include a small business preference under NAICS code 311999 (All Other Miscellaneous Food Manufacturing) with a size standard of 700 employees. Deliveries will be made to the Camp Gruber Joint Maneuver Training Center (CGJMTC) in Braggs, Oklahoma, with specific delivery windows between May 30 and August 4, 2025. Each team requires multiple deliveries of food items, including specific quantities of products like salad dressing packets and milk in various flavors. The contract will cover food items for four distinct quartermaster teams, with deliveries to be accepted between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the unit receiving point. While specific award value is not explicitly stated, the solicitation covers comprehensive food provisions for military training purposes, with precise requirements for food quality, packaging, and delivery schedules.
