This firm-fixed price contract requires deliveries to begin the week of October 1-4, 2025, with a specific weekly schedule of milk deliveries on Tuesdays and bread deliveries on Wednesdays. Interested vendors must submit their quotes by August 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and all questions must be submitted via email to mmirabal@bop.gov. The solicitation is available exclusively through the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website, and vendors must complete their representations and certifications through SAM registration.
This procurement opportunity is designated as a 100% Small Business set-aside, restricting participation to qualified small businesses only. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are mentioned in the solicitation materials. While specific award values or budget ranges are not disclosed, the contract will use FOB Destination terms for delivery to the Federal Prison Camp at 1100 Ursuline Avenue, Bryan, TX 77803. The government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards to responsible offerors whose quotes are deemed most advantageous, and contract quantities may be adjusted based on inmate population and movement at the facility. Payment will be processed through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card (GPC), and the contract follows standard Federal Acquisition Regulation terms and conditions for commercial items.
