The shade method has been used to identify the lines of text/data that have changed. Also, this amendment hereby changes the requirement pertaining to the proposal delivery locations and required number of hard copies and CDs.

Added: Oct 03, 2012 12:22 pm This Amendment hereby provides responses that were inadvertently omitted in Amendment 004 to vendor clarification questions, as attached. Also, this amendment hereby makes a change to Section C, Table 7 of the RFP. This change was a result of the clarification questions and is indicated in the attached Question and Answer table. The shade method has been used to identify the text that has changed. The partnering/teaming list has also been updated to incorporate additional contact information for vendors who have expressed interest in partnering/teaming (Please refer to www.aqd.nbc.gov/business/openmarket.aspx)

This amendment hereby provides the final set of vendor clarification questions, as attached. Also, this amendment hereby makes changes to the RFP. Some of those changes are as a result of the clarification questions and are as indicated in the attached Question and Answer table. The shade method has been used to identify the lines of text/data that have changed. Some sections, and/or pages, are being replaced in their entirety due to a shift in text only and may not reflect shading on those pages which do not have changes.
Also, this amendment hereby extends the due date for submission of proposals to October 17, 2012, as stated in Section L.13, Deadline for Submission of Proposals.

Amendment No. 003 provides the second set of vendor questions, 83 through 459, as attached. Also, this amendment hereby makes changes to the RFP. The electronic files are being provided since vendors have informed the Government the scanned document is illegible due to the shading method being used to identify the lines of text/data that has changed. The SF30 page provides instructions pertaining to the RFP replacement pages applicable to this amendment.
Additionally, this amendment hereby extends the due date for submission of proposals to October 11, 2012, as stated in Section L.13, Deadline for Submission of Proposals.
Please note, the Amendment No. 002 electronic files are also being provided with this posting due to the scanned document, posted via FBO August 30, 2012, is illegible.

Added: Aug 27, 2012 5:13 pm The Government received 474 questions relating to Request for Proposal (RFP) D12PS00316. The Government anticipates issuing responses to those questions in increments via formal amendments to the RFP. Therefore, Amendment No. 001, to the RFP, hereby extends the proposal due date to on or before September 27, 2012, 2:00p.m. Eastern Time.

Acquisition Services Directorate is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Department of Interior (Department), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), which has a requirement for Vendor Services in support of the DOI's IT Transformation efforts. The Department's IT Transformation efforts are designed to align with the "25-point Implementation Plan to Reform Federal IT", the Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative ("FDCCI"), and the Cloud-First Policy outlined by the Federal Chief Information Officer ("CIO"). This requirement is for Foundation Cloud Hosting Services, and associated support services. Technical Service Lines to be delivered under this award include: Cloud-Based Storage, Secure File Transfer, Virtual Machine, Database, Web Hosting, Development and Test Environment, and SAP Application Hosting Services. Services delivered under this award must fulfill a set of common enterprise-wide requirements. This requirement is being procured using full & open competition, and award will be made based on a best value trade-off process in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The Government anticipates awarding multiple ID/IQ contracts as a result of the solicitation. The competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), specifications, RFP amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.fbo.gov under RFP number D12PS00316. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site.
Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant task order(s). Ensure the RFP number and project title are referenced on all correspondence. Key upcoming milestone dates, as reflected in the RFP, Pre-Proposal Conference is anticipated for August 2, 2012, Vendor Questions are due August 10, 2012, and proposal submissions are due September 7, 2012.
