Rehabilitate the existing water storage and distribution system
Description of Requirement:
BASE Items: This item shall consist of: Configuration and installation of a hydraulically designed NFPA 13 automatic dry pipe sprinkler system. The work includes buried and concealed distribution piping, insulated above-ground distribution piping, sprinklers and other related components and appurtenances for complete coverage of 2 Buildings. System will connect to existing fire line stub located outside the building.
AND: Option Item A and B: 2 additional buildings.
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about June 6th, 2025 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on SAM JUNE 6th 2025, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted.
This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.SAM.gov.
