About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center is soliciting firm-fixed price quotations for venue and lodging services to support a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Technical Order and Computer Program Identification Number Worldwide Review workshop scheduled for May 31 to June 4, 2026. The contractor must provide comprehensive meeting and hospitality facilities for approximately 300 international military customers, including a main conference room with audio/visual capabilities, four to five breakout rooms with audio/visual equipment in at least one space, Wi-Fi throughout, registration and vendor display areas, and a block of 150 hotel rooms with a worldwide reservation system. Key requirements include proximity to Dallas Fort Worth Airport, dining access, compatible projection systems for Windows laptops, parking facilities, and a stage or podium setup. The solicitation requests detailed pricing breakdowns in Excel format with individual daily expense itemization, and vendors must submit proposals via email by 5:00 p.m. EDT on December 5, 2025. Evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed in the available documents, though the request emphasizes compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation provisions and various representations and certifications regarding business status, cybersecurity standards, and telecommunications equipment restrictions.

This is a total small business set-aside opportunity, meaning only small businesses are eligible to compete. No current incumbent contractor is identified in the solicitation materials, and specific award values or budget ranges are not disclosed in the available documents. The service period spans five days from May 31 through June 4, 2026, with contractor performance commencing upon contract award. The place of performance is Dallas, Texas 75261, with the contracting office located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Prospective contractors must maintain current System for Award Management (SAM) registration, provide a CAGE Code and DUNS number, and complete extensive Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement representations and certifications, including compliance with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity standards, telecommunications equipment restrictions, and cloud computing disclosures. The contracting officer retains sole authority to modify contract terms, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time.
