Key contract requirements include contractor responsibility for defining all work necessary to achieve complete correction of floor condition and appearance, providing on-site supervisor presence, submitting monthly reports, and responding to service requests within 24 hours. The government will evaluate proposals based on contractors' ability to meet minimum performance standards for the restoration system, including non-porous grout sealing, chemical resistance, durability, and maintenance life, with flexibility to accept equivalent hospital-grade alternative products that meet these specifications. The solicitation was posted on January 13, 2026, with a proposal due date of January 23, 2026.
