The United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Wildlife Services program seeks to establish an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial services contract for fixed-wing aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair services located in Nevada. The solicitation will result in firm fixed price contracts for five one-year ordering periods from March 2024 through March 2029. Evaluation will include a pre-award inspection checklist to determine the offeror's technical capability and confidence to successfully perform. Questions are due by January 4, 2024.

This is a total small business set-aside designated under NAICS code 488190 for aircraft maintenance with a size standard of $40 million. The place of performance is Nevada. Services will include 100-hour and annual inspections, as well as engine, propeller, and component replacements for two Piper PA-18 Super Cubs, one CC18 Top Cub, and one additional CC19 XCub to be added in late 2024. Multiple contract awards are authorized for the maintenance of a total of four aircraft over five one-year ordering periods valued at an estimated total of $2 million.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program is seeking to establish a contract for fixed-wing inspection, maintenance and repair services for their aircraft located in Nevada. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial services contract. The anticipated effective date of the contract is February 1, 2024. The contract will consist of five ordering periods, with each ordering period being twelve (12) months in duration. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 488190 (size standard $40M). 

Multiple Awards are authorized. However, USDA APHIS reserves the right to award zero, one, or more Contracts, for all, some, or none of the solicited efforts based on the offeror’s ability to perform desired work and funding fluctuations.

Solicitation is reactivated and response deadline extended to February 23, 2024 due to length of time since original response deadline and a lack of quotes within the Government's cost estimate. The anticipated period of perfomance is also revised.
