The Period of Performance spans a three-year base period followed by five one-year option periods, providing a potential eight-year contract duration. No incumbent contractor information or estimated award values are disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice. The scope represents a significant implementation effort affecting 150,000 end users across the federal prison system, making this a substantial undertaking for the selected contractor. The notice indicates that hard copies of the solicitation will be available, and interested contractors should monitor SAM.gov for the full solicitation release scheduled for mid-January 2026.
