About this opportunity
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Office of the Chief of Staff intends to award a sole-source contract modification to BeVera Solutions, LLC for Federal Advisory Committee meeting support services, with capability statements due August 24, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET.
Work is performed at the Global Communications Center in Atlanta, Georgia. BeVera currently holds Contract No. 75D30123C17757 with a period of performance through September 21, 2027, and provides comprehensive logistics and meeting support for CDC Office of the Director FACA meetings under the Federal Advisory Committee Act. Services include planning, coordination, facilitation, and production of meeting deliverables, including minutes and documentation compliant with GAO Report 20-575, 41 C.F.R. 102-3.165, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
The Government asserts that BeVera possesses extensive institutional knowledge, established logistical infrastructure, and experienced personnel necessary to support mandatory FACA deliverables. CDC states that transitioning services to another contractor would create unnecessary duplication of cost, increase risk of delays in meeting statutory requirements, and jeopardize the agency's ability to support time-sensitive advisory committee meetings, particularly during respiratory virus season when meetings may be required on short notice.
This is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responsible source believing it can satisfy the requirement may submit a capability statement referencing Solicitation No. 0000HCAT-2026-99754 no later than August 24, 2026. Responses must demonstrate the firm's experience, resources, and ability to perform without compromising quality or accuracy.
