About this opportunity
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking quotes for CyberArk Software Maintenance services through solicitation CORHQ-25-Q-0153. The procurement requires an authorized CyberArk reseller to provide North America Maintenance 24x7 support for three distinct CyberArk product lines: APP-AGNT-ELA-PERP (1 unit), APP-AGNT-PERP (450 units), and PAS-USER-PERP (550 units). Offerors must be authorized CyberArk resellers with active SAM.gov registration and must submit comprehensive proposals including pricing schedules, supply chain risk management information, and completed FDIC riders. The FDIC will evaluate proposals using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, requiring technical acceptability through provision of all requested items with matching part numbers. Questions regarding the solicitation were due by noon EDT on July 18, 2025, to Hamilton Jackson at hamjackson@fdic.gov, while proposals must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. EDT on August 18, 2025. An amendment issued on July 31, 2025, corrected quantities and provided questions and answers, requiring previously submitted vendors to resubmit their quotes.
This solicitation does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all qualified vendors. No incumbent contractors or potential award values are specified in the available documentation, though the pricing schedule indicates a three-year contract structure. The contract includes a base performance period from September 29, 2025, to September 28, 2026, with two optional one-year extension periods that could extend the contract through September 28, 2028. The maintenance services will be provided on a firm-fixed-price basis, with travel costs included in the proposed pricing and the FDIC exempt from state sales taxes. Performance will take place in Arlington, Virginia 22226. Offerors must submit five specific documents including the updated solicitation, amendment acknowledgment, CyberArk price schedule spreadsheet, pre-award SCRM spreadsheet, and completed FDIC rider, with failure to provide any required document potentially resulting in a non-responsive offer.

*Updated July 31, 2025* Amendment 1 Posted
This Amendment provides offerors the questions and responses gathered for this solicitation. It also updates the Section B Price Schedule (correct quantities for one line item). As a result of the Amendment, the RFQ due date remains unchanged at 1 p.m. EDT, Monday, August 18, 2025. All offerors are also required to acknowledge the Amendment by signing and returning the Amendment with the quote. As a reminder, the following completed documents are required when submitting the quote;
