This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, with no incumbent contractors identified in the notice. The estimated project value falls between $25,000 and $100,000, representing one of eight standard ranges used by the Federal Acquisition Regulation and indicating the government's preliminary budget expectations rather than a specific contract ceiling. The anticipated contract will be firm-fixed-price with a performance period of 175 calendar days from award. The project will require contractors to undergo a 45-day security clearance process for personnel working on-site at the federal correctional facility. The work scope is focused on a single fuel management system replacement, requiring specialized knowledge of fuel dispensing equipment and electrical installation capabilities at a secure federal facility.
