Place of performance is FCI Oxford, County Road G & Elk Avenue, Grand Marsh, Wisconsin 53936. This is a supply-only procurement; no installation, demolition, or onsite services are required. All door assemblies must meet or exceed performance, dimensional, and material requirements specified in the Statement of Work, including ASTM A366M-91 for commercial-grade steel, ASTM B117-07a for salt spray testing, AWS D1.1 for structural welding, HMMA 863-04 for detention specifications, and NFPA 80 for fire doors. Detention hollow metal doors require 2-inch actual thickness with 0.12-inch side clearance, continuously welded seams, 16-gauge minimum stiffeners, and rust-inhibitive primer meeting salt spray and water fog test standards. Vendors offering products equal to the specified design must provide complete technical documentation for Government determination of technical acceptability.

The quantity comprises two 38" × 84" right-hand doors with tempered half-lite glazing for exam rooms, five 38" × 84" left-hand doors with tempered half-lite glazing for exam rooms, one 48" × 84" right-hand door for staff offices, and two 48" × 84" left-hand doors for staff offices. Award will be made firm fixed price to the responsible vendor whose quotation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Delivery is restricted to 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with five working days' advance notice. A five-year warranty covering all material and workmanship defects is required. Update #3 · Latest ·

Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to correct the glazing specification listed in the Schedule of Supplies. The Schedule of Supplies has been updated to reflect the correct ¼" tempered half‑lite glazing requirement.
