The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Florida (FCC Coleman) located at 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, Florida in Sumter County intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all necessary labor and incidentals to remove existing and install a new wet, fire suppression system at the Food Service Warehouse which complies with NFPA 25 and all other applicable codes and standards. This contract will consist of install/labor only. All materials needed are already on site.

While the off shifts are not required, the FBOP is open to discussing this option should it be beneficial to the Contractor and the FBOP. Bids which identify additional costs for weekend work hours or “off shift” work hours will be rejected. Should the Contractor need to access the site to conduct work associated with this contract at a time other than those listed above, the Contractor will request an alternate time in writing to the COR five (5) working days prior to the date and time requested.
