This document is a Solicitation for the FCC COLEMAN, REPLACE SPRINKLER SYSTEM at FOOD SERVICE WAREHOUSE PROJECT 3D6F. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) at the Federal Correctional Complex in Coleman, Florida is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary labor and incidentals to remove the existing and install a new wet, fire suppression system at the Food Service Warehouse. This is an install/labor only contract, as the required materials are already on site. The work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Contractors are encouraged to work off-shifts if beneficial, but cannot charge additional costs for weekend or off-shift work. Bids are due by the cutoff date to the specified email address, and a site visit is scheduled for September 17, 2024. The contract will be awarded to a responsible single entity. The Solicitation provides a detailed list of the materials already on site, including various sizes of piping, fittings, supports, and other components.
