This solicitation is being conducted as a competitive reverse auction via the Unison Marketplace platform, where qualified vendors may submit descending price bids during the open bidding period. Evaluation will be based on meeting or exceeding specified product requirements, with awards determined through competitive pricing in the reverse auction format. The offer due date is November 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, and interested sellers must submit any questions through the Unison Marketplace platform at the earliest possible time to enable buyer response.
This procurement is designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside restricted to firms meeting the NAICS code 311999 size standard of 700 employees or fewer. The performance period runs from January 1, 2026, through March 31, 2026, with delivery to the Food Service Warehouse at FCC Coleman in Coleman, Florida 33521 on a FOB Destination basis. The solicitation establishes four distinct delivery schedules offering flexibility from single shipments to weekly deliveries throughout the quarter, with strict requirements for palletization, wrapping, temperature controls for perishable and frozen items, and adherence to specified delivery windows. While no specific award value or total quantity figures are provided in the notice, vendors should anticipate serving the institutional food service needs of the correctional complex across multiple product categories. Award decisions will be informed by vendors' ability to maintain delivery compliance and product quality throughout the contract period, with performance potentially influencing future contract opportunities.
