The FTPP explains "how to" while also outlining each step to take geared at recruiting high school seniors, college students and prior service. It provides a framework and the "how to" for targeted mailings, telemarketing activities, school presentations (Career Direction and/or G.E.A.R. It outlines and times out precisely when to execute detailed tasks, to enhance success by college visits (to include the financial aid advisors).
