About this opportunity

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a market survey to identify vendors capable of providing gamified and customizable cybersecurity training. The training must include features such as Capture the Flag exercises, learning tracks, and leaderboards, covering topics like offensive and defensive security, DevSecOps, Security Operations Centers, and cloud security. Interested vendors, including large businesses, small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and 8(a) certified firms, are invited to submit statements of interest and capabilities. The FAA will review the responses to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy and whether there is adequate competition to set aside the procurement for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or Socially & Economically Disadvantaged Business (SEDB/8(a)) certified firms.

This is not a solicitation, and the FAA is not obligated to conduct any further procurement as a result of this market survey. Participation is voluntary, and all costs associated with the preparation and submission of responses will be borne by the respondents. The FAA has the option to conduct one-on-one communications with selected respondents as deemed appropriate, without the obligation to engage with all participants. The FAA has not provided any information regarding potential award values, budget ranges, or the number of licenses or services to be procured.
