About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is seeking to procure 34 Module Kit Servo Valves (with a range of 17-51 units) for F100-PW-220/229 F15/16 engines, with a specific part number 20105070 and NSN 2915-01-224-0753NZ. These nickel alloy valves convert electrical signals into pressure signals to schedule fuel flow, measuring 6.3" x 6.3" x 10.5" and weighing 3.1 lbs. Potential vendors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) through DoD SAFE and meet qualification requirements per FAR 52.209-1, demonstrating their manufacturing capabilities and compliance with government quality assurance standards. The solicitation will be electronically released on 23 May 2025, with responses due by 23 June 2025, and an Ombudsman is available to address contractor concerns during the proposal development phase. Interested parties must submit technical queries to the AFSC Small Business Office and demonstrate their ability to meet the stringent manufacturing and quality requirements outlined in the solicitation documents.

The contract is not set aside for any specific business category and will be awarded to qualified sources capable of meeting the technical specifications. The procurement is a one-time Air Force Spares buy for new manufacture, with delivery scheduled for 31 December 2025 to Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. While specific award value is not disclosed, the contract is subject to fund availability and will require vendors to comply with detailed packaging, transportation, and item unique identification (IUID) requirements. The government will use range pricing, meaning vendors must propose a single unit price applicable to the entire quantity range from 17 to 51 units. Potential suppliers must also adhere to strict quality assurance provisions, including ISO 9001:2000 standards, and demonstrate compliance with military specification packaging and marking requirements. An early delivery option is acceptable, and vendors should be prepared to navigate a comprehensive source approval process that includes technical data rights verification and quality assurance documentation.
