About this opportunity

The National Institutes of Health Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations intends to solicit a subscription service for EurekAlert! news release distribution, with responses due by August 1, 2026. This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside.

The contractor shall maintain a dedicated NIH news site accessible to journalists, researchers, universities, medical centers, and the public, with intermittent promotional web banners.
