About this opportunity

The USDA-ARS is seeking to award a sole source contract to Eptura LLC for a 15-user license of the Manager Plus maintenance management software. The software is a proprietary, cloud-based program that the agency already owns and uses to track maintenance and budgetary compliance across all ARS facilities, fleet, and equipment. Eptura LLC is the sole provider of the required technical support and customer service for this software. This Sources Sought notice is for informational purposes only and does not commit the government to a contract. The agency is seeking capability statements from other vendors that may be able to provide similar services, which could potentially lead to a small business set-aside or full and open competition.

The USDA-ARS has not set aside this requirement for any specific business size or socioeconomic category. The current incumbent provider is Eptura LLC. No pricing or budget information was provided in the notice. After review of the responses received, the government may publish a combined synopsis/solicitation on SAM.gov, depending on the responses.
