Key requirements include daily restroom sanitation and trash removal with a 100% performance threshold, along with weekly and monthly cleaning tasks such as floor care, dusting, and restroom supply management. The contractor must operate seven days per week from 0700-1700 hours except on federal holidays and provide mission-essential services during normal operations. This is a firm fixed-price non-personal services contract with deliverables including a Quality Control Plan, employee roster, and ongoing reporting through eCMRA and situation reports. The Pre-solicitation Notice was posted on March 18, 2026, with a response due date of March 25, 2026.
This contract opportunity is designated as a Competitive 8(a) set-aside, meaning only Section 8(a) certified firms are eligible to compete. The contract period runs from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031, consisting of one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, providing a five-year performance window. The Performance Work Statement specifies that the contractor must maintain all chemical approvals, environmental compliance, safety standards, and security protocols, including key control and proximity badge management.
