Notice text
Single-Award IDIQ A-E contract for A-E services for environmental restoration, and engineering and design services in support of various environmental science and engineering programs and projects at various levels in the Navy and other federal agencies. The pricing arrangement is a combination of FFP and CPFF task orders. The use of a hybrid pricing arrangement is appropriate as the requirements consist of both services that are reasonably defined with detailed specifications, and wherein performance uncertainties can be identified and reasonable estimates of its cost impact can be made; as well as, services that are more complex with uncertainties and circumstances that do not allow the agency to define its requirements sufficiently to allow for a fixed-price pricing arrangement, and wherein performance uncertainties exists that do not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy.
Awarded contract N39430-22-D-2400 to Geosyntec Jacobs, a Joint Venture for 100000000.00 on 2021-11-30.
