About this opportunity
United States Transportation Command issued a Request for Information for an Enterprise Network Management System (ENMS) acquisition, with responses due June 15, 2026. This is market research only; responses create no commitment to award and will not impact future RFP or RFQ evaluations.
USTRANSCOM seeks modern ENMS solutions capable of providing end-to-end visibility, automation, and security across hybrid and multi-cloud network environments encompassing on-premise infrastructure and Constellation GovCloud and Azure platforms. Required capabilities include enterprise network visibility with digital twin technology, multi-vendor support, automated change management, Zero Trust security architecture, policy-based network management, network discovery and modeling, real-time path calculations, network automation without coding requirements, IP address management integration with Infoblox, bandwidth monitoring and traffic flow analysis, application and service health monitoring, and automated AI-powered troubleshooting. Solutions must comply with STIG, CMMC, and FedRAMP standards and integrate with Remedy, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Cisco devices, and existing enterprise systems.
USTRANSCOM anticipates award in September 2026. The draft Statement of Objectives describes a phased deployment at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, from September 2026 through March 2027, supporting approximately 10,000 NIPRNet endpoints and 5,000 SIPRNet endpoints with 99% uptime, and includes enterprise software licenses, professional services, and formal administrator-level training for up to 12 government personnel.
Responses should not exceed 12 pages and must include company information, facility security clearance status at SECRET level, contract vehicles, CMMC certification level, and industry insights on acquisition strategy, implementation timeframe, software recommendations, NAICS codes, contract types, and best practices. Submit responses to Ms. Katie Couch-Oliver (Contracting Officer) and Ms. Madalyn Lynn (Contract Specialist) via email.
