About this opportunity
The Federal Aviation Administration seeks to award multiple indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts through a Screening Information Request to provide enterprise financial services and support across nine work areas including policies and processes, internal controls, program and project management, day-to-day operations, systems, training, strategic planning, investment analysis, program evaluation, and risk management. Interested vendors must demonstrate capability in all work areas, and the agency will utilize best value tradeoff procedures to evaluate proposals due within 30 calendar days of the final solicitation's estimated release in late January to early February 2017.
At least one contract will be set aside for small businesses provided conditions are met. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541611 for administrative and general management consulting. The incumbent Financial Integrated Support contracts valued over $1.8 billion are set to expire in September 2017. Resultant Enterprise Financial Services contracts would have a five-year base period and provide an estimated total budget of over $1.8 billion to support financial, budget, and management operations for both the Federal Aviation Administration and potentially the Department of Transportation.
