The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA site has the requirement for ongoing long-term support for In-Service Engineering (ISE) roles and responsibilities for electrical power and generation systems installed on surface ships, submarines, and assault craft with the Steam/Diesel/Electrical Power Systems Branch (Code 427) via Request for Proposal N64498-16-R-5088.

The scope of this requirement includes but is not limited to: Engineering Support, Electrical Systems Technical Support, Circuit Breakers Support, Electrical, Integrated Power System (IPS), Inegrated Fight Through Power (IFTP), and Hybrid Electric Drive (HED) In-Service Engineering Support, and Logisitics and Program Support.
NSWCPD seeks to competitively award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CFFP) Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract utilizing the Trade-Off Best Value continuum source selection process as described in FAR 15.101-1. The Government intends to make multiple awards to the responsible offerors whose offers conform to the solicitation and are determined most advantageous to the Government, cost and other factors considered.
