From this point forward information from 11-R-0008 and FA7037 will now be posted under FA7037-13-R-0001. Please review this week for updated information. If you have questions please contact Felita Thomas at felita.thomas@us.af.mil or 757-225-5781. Thank you
Update #4 ·
This will not be the last posting. Answers to question submitted before deadline above will be posted on/or near 20 October 2011.
The RFP will NOT utilize the Alliant GWAC as some of the work is not IT related. The RFP will go out to GSA schedule holders. If you would like to receive a copy of the RFP please send email to chiretta.boclair@us.af.mil. In subject line put RFP number - GSA schedule number. Please do not include any tables or charts.
Also, please note that no additional information will be given out on the telephone.
Update #3 ·
Thanks to all who responded to the specified RFP. I have attached a revised DRAFT PWS. Please provide questions/comments to Contracting Officer, via email by 11 Oct 2011. Estimated release date for solicitation will be early November 2011.
This is the last posting for FBO. The solicitation will be released to GSA schedule holders; possibly Alliant. The solicitation will NOT encompass all work previously identified in the DRAFT PWS posted earlier. This contract is a follow on contract to the requirements currently held on the PACAF ETS task orders (from Hickam AFB).
The historical labor hours are approx 200,000 hrs. This acquisition will also require contractor personnel to have a final Top Secret security clearance and be DCID 6/4 eligible with a current SSBI. The period of performance will be for a base year, with 2 options with an award by April 2012.
Once the period of performance for this contract ends, the work will feed into a larger IDIQ contract and encompass additional work (no milestones developed, but the first Government meeting will tentatively be held in October 2011). The IDIQ contract will be a multiple award IDIQ contract. A draft PWS for this requirement is anticipated to be posted in late October or November 2011.
Two important things to note:
FA7037-11-R-0008, this will be last posting on FBO. This contract will be issued to a GSA holder; possibly Alliant.
FA7037-12-R-0002; Multiple Award IDIQ
Please submit questions via e-mail to chiretta.boclair@us.af.mil, the Contracting Officer. No phone calls please. Please note that no additional information will be provided via telephone.
