Contractors must submit electronic bids through the PIEE system by February 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, with a virtual bid opening scheduled for 11:00-11:30 AM. The estimated project scope includes stabilizing approximately 380 linear feet of riverbank, with work restricted to operating above elevation 625 feet and a 14.7-mile detour route planned during road closure. Contractors must adhere to strict environmental controls, including implementing erosion and sediment control measures before land disturbance and using native seed mixes for revegetation.
