This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-16-Q-0006 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 238290, Size standard of $15 Million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Defense Circular Number 20150626, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2015-0406.The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS):

The purpose of this amendment is to add information regarding a site visit, as well as the addition of Provision 52.237-1, Site Visit.


A site visit for solicitation number FA4877-16-Q-0006, Elevator Maintenance Services, will be held on Tuesday, 8 September at 9:00AM (AZ local time). The meeting will begin in the 355th Contracting Squadron Conference Room, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson, Arizona. The street address for the 355th Contracting Squadron is:
