Responses must include a capability statement, three customer references, company information, UEI, business size classification, and answers to specific questions regarding GSA federal supply schedule availability and direct service provision or teaming arrangements. The deadline for responding to this pre-solicitation notice is January 27, 2026, and interested offerors are advised that responses to this source-sought announcement are not considered adequate responses to the formal solicitation, which will be issued separately.

The contract will be structured as a Firm-Fixed Price award with a base year and four option years, with the base performance period running from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. The scope covers nineteen traction elevators and thirteen hydraulic elevators across two VA facilities, representing a total of thirty-two elevators requiring ongoing maintenance and testing support. An onsite visit is mandatory for all interested contractors to assess the facility and equipment. The specific dollar value and award amount are not disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice, though contractors should anticipate a multi-year engagement with potential value across the base year plus four option periods.
