This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services for 660 federal employees located in the following areas: Tri State Area, Westchester County (West Point), and Upstate New York (Fort Drum). This is a solicitation for commercial services. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside.  The NAICS code is 621330.  The size standard is $8.0 million.  A firm fixed price contract is contemplated with a base period of one (1) year from date of award with option to extend for four (4) additional one-year periods.
