Delivery is due within 120 calendar days of contract award, F.O.B. destination to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Unit prices must be firm, fixed-price and include labor, shipping, preservation, packaging, packing, marking, and bar-coding. The NAICS code is 326291 (Rubber Product Manufacturing for Mechanical Use) with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Large businesses must submit a subcontracting plan. Onsite quality assurance inspection by USCG SFLC personnel at the contractor's facility is mandatory prior to shipment, followed by 100% dimensional inspection at the contractor's facility and final acceptance at destination. All items must be preserved per MIL-STD-2073, packaged per MIL-STD-2073-1E, and marked and bar-coded per MIL-STD-129R. Quoters must be registered and active in SAM.gov at submission. Award will be made to the lowest-priced quotation offering genuine OEM parts, with technical capability as a secondary factor. Quotes must remain firm for 120 calendar days.
