The government reserves the right to award on an item-by-item, group, or aggregate basis as deemed most advantageous. Specification questions should be directed to the Food Services Administrator, Mr. Yazalde Morgado, at (334) 293-2100 or ymorgado@bop.gov.
This solicitation is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to small business entities. Nine vendors submitted bids on the continuation RFQ, including Multiservices LLC, Shaver, Xenturis LLC, National Foods Group, The B2G Group, JNS Foods, Rainmaker, The Smooth, and C.J. Foods, with pricing varying significantly across vendors and line items. The place of performance is Federal Prison Camp Montgomery, Building 1249 Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, Alabama 36112. The solicitation was posted on March 4, 2026, and documents indicate that the Abstract of Offers was completed as of March 30, 2026, suggesting awards may have been determined or are imminent. No specific budget range was disclosed in the solicitation notice, though the combination of 34 line items with varying quantities suggests a moderate to substantial procurement value. Payment will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons at the stated address following the Firm Fixed Price contract structure.
