About this opportunity

Air Education and Training Command is soliciting quotes for the DroneShield Immediate Response Kit (IRK) to be delivered to Randolph AFB, Texas, with quotes due May 27, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 334511 with a 1,350-employee size standard, and award will be made on a firm fixed-price basis to the lowest price technically acceptable quotation.

The procurement requires two instances of two-day Certified Instructor Training (CLIN 0001, not to exceed), two units of the DroneGun MK4A with RFPATROL MK2 Wideband (CLIN 0002), and three Magnetic Antenna Kits Wideband (CLIN 0003). The equipment must integrate with the Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK) using the Cursor on Target (CoT) format and provide passive RF detection with sufficient range to cover JBSA's expansive properties. Contractor must be an authorized DroneShield reseller and provide proof of authorization. All products must be free from defects in materials and workmanship and include standard product warranty. Delivery is FOB Destination to JBSA-Randolph; installation, integration, and training are the contractor's responsibility.

Technical acceptability requires conformance to the Schedule of Supplies and reseller authorization documentation. Only the three lowest priced quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability; if fewer than three quotes arrive on time, all will be evaluated. Quoters must maintain current SAM registration and possess WAWF electronic invoicing capability. Quotes are effective for 30 days after submission.
