Place of performance is Fort Shafter, with disassembly and transportation from Building 200 (471 Funston Road) to Building 1535 (150 Takata Road) at Schofield Barracks. Work includes disassembly of office furniture (including 16 cubicles, desks, filing cabinets, and related components), transport to temporary storage at Building 1535, and subsequent return and reassembly to Building 200 upon minimum two-week notice following renovations. Delivery of the initial disassembly and transportation is September 30, 2026; return and reassembly is February 28, 2027.
Quoters must submit equipment capable of lifting, transporting, and safely relocating office furniture with verification that proposed equipment meets required load capacities and safety standards. Service Contract Act prevailing wage applies, with minimum wages of $20.83 per hour for Material Handling Laborers and $21.10 per hour for Truck Drivers. An Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of 2 percent applies to both disassembly/relocation and reassembly activities. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 27, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. at Building 200. Quoters must provide complete pricing including all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, overhead, and profit. Contact: Roger Leake, roger.v.leake.civ@army.mil, 314-590-4098.
