Contractors are expected to submit white paper responses by 30 April 2025, with the Army seeking technical details about potential hardware solutions including physical characteristics, power output, scalability, and integration capabilities. The Army anticipates procuring approximately 6,000 hardware units between the first and third quarters of FY26, and is requesting Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for order quantities ranging from 2,500 to 6,500 units. Eligibility appears open to businesses within the specified NAICS category, with a preference for detailed, unclassified responses. Interested parties should be aware that XEBRA Engineering Corporation will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support during response review, which may require proprietary protection agreements for sensitive information. Contractors should prepare comprehensive technical proposals that demonstrate their capability to meet the Army's tactical communication hardware requirements.
