The contract is structured as a firm fixed-price agreement with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, running from February 1, 2026 through July 31, 2031, with a total procurement value of approximately $2.02 million. Key contractor requirements include providing comprehensive legal services such as Know Your Rights orientations, legal screenings, immigration court representation, asylum applications, and trauma-informed, culturally competent services to up to 100 percent of UAC in ORR care, with a minimum of 20 percent delivered through pro bono counsel.
