About this opportunity
The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) is conducting market research to identify parties capable of providing survey planning, design, administration, data analysis, and report generation services to support the Joint Advertising, Market Research and Studies (JAMRS) program. The selected contractor will be required to have expertise in military recruiting research, consumer decision-making analysis, market segmentation, and specialized survey methodologies. Key requirements include the ability to draw nationally representative samples, conduct error-free data analyses, and publish high-quality technical and non-technical research reports. The DHRA is considering a set-aside for small business categories like 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, or WOSB, and is seeking feedback from interested parties on the draft Performance Work Statement by the date listed in the System for Award Management.
This procurement is not currently set aside, and the DHRA has not identified any incumbent contractors or provided any estimates on award values or budget ranges. The period of performance and quantity of services required are also not specified in the pre-solicitation notice.
