About this opportunity
The Department of State (DoS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), Office of Aviation (Air Wing) is conducting market research and seeking industry input as it prepares to solicit sources for future worldwide aviation support services. The Air Wing requires contractors to operate and maintain government-owned rotary and fixed-wing aircraft, provide aviation training, execute continuous safety programs, and offer commercial air services in support of counter narcotics, host nation training, maritime interdiction training, counter terrorism, embassy support, and other missions around the world. The government is hosting an Industry Best Practice Conference on October 28, 2024 in Melbourne, Florida to gauge industry interest, identify potential business sources, and discuss innovative solutions, available technologies, and capabilities. Following the conference, the government will hold one-on-one discussions with interested companies.
This requirement is not set aside for any particular business size. The anticipated total contract value range is $5B - $10B over the life of a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with separate large and small business pools. The government has not disclosed any potential incumbent contractors for this future procurement. Interested companies must pre-register by October 14, 2024 to attend the industry event.
