Update #2 · Latest ·

A Pre-Proposal conference will be held by the Government on 10 May 2011 from 09:30 - 2:00 P.M.  The conference will take place at the Viest Hotel, Strada Pelosa, 241, 36100 Vicenza, Italy. The purpose of the conference is to provide clarifications to offerors regarding the requirements outlined in the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government will not conduct individual (one-on-one) discussions with offerors during this conference. Instead, all offerors will address their questions or concerns in the public venue and all Government responses will be addressed to all offerors and posted to FedBizOpps following the conference. The one exception to this rule is regarding any questions containing propriety information that an offeror does not wish to make known to the public.

A Draft Solicitation, HE1280-11-R-0012, is posted for your review prior to the conference.

Please notify the primary and secondary points of contact for this notice if you plan to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference.
