Defense Logistics Agency Distribution seeks an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contractor to provide global rapid deployment capabilities for dynamic storage, distribution, disposition, and reutilization operations in support of contingency, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief, foreign disaster relief, defense support of civil authorities, and interagency operations, with proposals due June 23, 2025. The contract carries a two-year base ordering period and four two-year optional periods, minimum value of $1.5 million and maximum of $477.9 million. No set-aside applies; this is unrestricted FAR Part 15 competition.
Performance is global across multiple simultaneous sites. The contractor must maintain a ready and trained workforce with appropriate personnel clearances, IT eligibilities, and DoD Common Access Card capability, deployable within 48 hours. All supervision, personnel, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and items or services not provided by the Government must be furnished by the contractor.
