Offerors must demonstrate a minimum of 12 months of experience within the past two years providing natural gas supply and transportation to retail customers served by local distribution companies or pipelines in the applicable state or region. Awards will be made to responsible offerors with the lowest prices whose proposals receive acceptable ratings on technical compliance and past performance evaluations. The initial proposal submission deadline was March 20, 2025, with a later extension to March 24, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. eastern time, and the deadline for submitting questions was March 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST. The resulting contracts will be fixed-price with economic price adjustment and will operate as requirements-type contracts. The solicitation is structured with both standalone customer line items and four tied groups where all line items within a group must be awarded to a single supplier.
